Restaurants

Give guests a reason to visit. Make it easy to plan.

Give guests a clear place to find the menu, hours, location, and request a table or event. Keep each request, reply, and guest note together while the team handles service.

Real work

Built for Cin-Cin Brewhouse

Cross X Agency built the public website around Cin-Cin's menu, hours, location, reservations, and guest questions.

The connected work includes reservation requests and guest records. Its host dashboard, walk-in views, service settings, and delivery review were separately scoped custom work.

Illustrative example

From guest request to owner

A reservation request becomes a shared guest record with party size, timing, and notes. The host can see who needs a reply during service.

Cross X OS does not automatically replace a point-of-sale, ordering, reservation, or restaurant-management platform. Connections are assessed and scoped separately.

Ongoing

$497/month

12-month commitment. The first month is paid before the build starts.

Website first, custom when needed

A focused restaurant website, inquiry paths, contact records, simple lead view, replies, analytics, hosting, upkeep, lite SEO, and reviewed assisted blog content are included when the project fits.

Larger sites and migrations start from $2,000. Host dashboards, capacity rules, or event workflows can start at $7,500.

Restaurant questions

Does this replace our point of sale or online ordering?

No. Cross X OS sits in front of the restaurant: the website, the reservation and inquiry path, the guest record, and the replies. Whatever you use for point of sale or online ordering is reviewed on its own and left in place unless there is a reason to change it.

Can guests book a table directly?

The standard setup takes a reservation request with the party size, date, time, and notes, then your team confirms it from the record. A deeper host dashboard with day and week views, walk-ins, and capacity settings is a custom implementation, like the one built for Cin-Cin.

How are private events and catering handled?

They come in as their own request type so a manager owns them instead of the host stand. The head count, the occasion, the menu question, and the date stay on one record with the conversation attached.

What does it cost?

Cross X OS is $497 per month with a 12-month commitment, and the first month is paid before the build starts. A standard restaurant website is included when the project fits the established scope. Larger sites, migrations, and custom systems such as a host dashboard are quoted separately.
