What does the $497 per month include?
Cross X OS includes the ongoing website and simple business system: a contact list, lead Kanban board, email and text tools, performance analytics, hosting and upkeep, lite SEO, and assisted blog content with human review. A standard website implementation is included when the project fits the established scope.
Is there a commitment?
Yes. Cross X OS is a 12-month commitment. The first month is paid before the build starts.
When is implementation priced separately?
More involved websites, migrations, and custom setup are quoted separately from $2,000. Deeper business systems with quote calculators, bespoke workflows, or order and production connections can start at $7,500. Print and sign systems always require a paid implementation priced to scope.
Is custom implementation required?
No. We recommend custom website or system work only when the standard setup does not cover what the business needs.
What costs can be separate?
Phone, SMS, email, AI, and other usage charges may apply and are clarified before setup. Additional content, paid-media management, custom projects, retainers, and ad spend are scoped separately.
